Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how 北京安格特国际贸易有限公司 ("SilkSerenité", "we", "us" or "our") processes personal information when you visit this website or use its account, video-upload and social-media publishing features (together, the "Services"). We are the personal information processor for the processing described in this Policy. You may contact us at anniwang1981@163.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account information: your user identifier, email address and name supplied through the sign-in provider.
- TikTok authorization information: your TikTok open identifier, granted permissions, access and refresh tokens, and token expiry information. We do not receive your TikTok password.
- Content and publishing information: videos you upload or select, captions, privacy and interaction settings, publishing identifiers, status, timestamps and related API responses.
- Communications: your email address and the content of messages you send to us.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, access times, referring page and security or error logs that may be generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers.
3. Why we process information
We process information only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services, authenticate users, connect an authorized TikTok account, upload and publish content at your direction, show publishing status, respond to requests, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to: (a) TikTok, when you authorize the connection or direct us to upload or publish; (b) our sign-in, hosting, storage and technical service providers, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations; (c) professional advisers; or (d) regulators, courts or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety and security. TikTok and sign-in providers process information under their own privacy terms when acting independently.
5. Storage, transfers and retention
Information may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate. Where applicable law requires a separate consent, assessment, certification or contract for a cross-border transfer, we will complete the required measure before making that transfer. We retain account and authorization information while the relevant connection remains active; uploaded content and publishing records for as long as needed to provide the feature, resolve issues and meet legal obligations; and security logs for a reasonable operational period. We then delete or anonymize the information unless longer retention is required by law. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Services may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies for authentication, authorization security and session continuity. For example, a short-lived security cookie is used during TikTok authorization. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or request an explanation of our processing rules. You may also revoke the app's TikTok access through your TikTok account settings. To exercise a right or request deletion of your account-related data, email anniwang1981@163.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the competent personal-information protection authority.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without the consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can address it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services or applicable law. We will post the revised version here, update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
