Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the SilkSerenité website and its account, upload and social-media publishing features (together, the "Services"), provided by 北京安格特国际贸易有限公司 ("SilkSerenité", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Questions may be sent to anniwang1981@163.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must use the Services only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for protecting your account and connected third-party accounts and for activity performed through them. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require you to re-authenticate or revoke a connection when reasonably necessary for security.

3. Website and product information

Public website content is provided for general brand and product-information purposes. Product appearance may vary from images shown. Descriptions of cosmetic benefits concern intended appearance and feel; individual results may vary. Use products only as directed, avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Website content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Connected services and publishing

If you connect TikTok or another third-party service, you authorize us to access the information and perform the actions covered by the permissions you approve. We publish only when you direct us to do so. You are responsible for reviewing the selected video, caption, audience and interaction settings before submission. Third-party platforms operate independently and may delay, reject, restrict, modify or remove content under their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee a third-party platform's availability, review outcome or performance.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, transmit and otherwise process that content solely to operate, secure and improve the Services and to publish it at your direction. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent temporary backup retention or legal preservation is required. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for your content, including rights relating to music, images, trademarks and people appearing in it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

• break any law or infringe another person's rights;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive or harmful content;
• access an account or data without authorization;
• introduce malicious code, disrupt security or overload the Services; or
• circumvent platform rules, technical restrictions or access controls.

We may reject or remove content and restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement or third-party platform rule.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, excluding your content, and their branding, text, graphics, software and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without prior written permission. No licence to use our names or trademarks is granted by these Terms.

8. Service changes and termination

We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services and revoke third-party authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, a security threat or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

We will provide the Services with reasonable care. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party services will remain available. Each party remains responsible for loss it causes through breach of these Terms, negligence, infringement or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Consumers may also use any complaint or dispute resolution channel available to them under mandatory law.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. We will post the revised Terms and provide additional notice where required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful reorganization or business transfer, subject to applicable law.
